January 2nd, article in the Echo

Mugshots of troublemakers are to be used by pubs in Loughborough Town Centre to keep track of rowdies in the town.
The move is one of the measures adopted by members of the Loughborough Eye PubWatch scheme in a bid to crack down on louts who spoil revellers fun.
Plans to ban a group of 11 people with previous convictions from all of the pubs in the scheme are also set to go ahead.
Letters will be sent to all of those given a ban explaining the order.
Each pub in the scheme will also receive a mugshot of all 11, so staff know who to look out for.
Alex Nesbitt, manager of Lloyds Bar on Loughborough Baxtergate and Chair of Loughborough Eye said "Keeping incident books means we can keep logs of people and what they have been involved in. If names keep cropping up, then we can consider taking further action."
Sgt Margaret Mcloughlin of Loughborough Police Station added "An incident book is just a way of recording things that have happened for staff working at different times to know what is going on and to have details of these incidents."
