Villains are told : Just stay away

Up to now there are a dozen members of COOL, and more have said they will be joining soon.
Each month an intelligence meeting is held in which information on offenders, methods of stealing and fraud is shared.

Also information on travelling offenders is passed on. We know there are a number of these operating in Loughborough.

Already two Exclusion Notices on persistent offenders have been served and more are being processed. This means that these offenders are now banned from entering any of the member stores.
This is a real achievement in the short space of time the COOL Scheme has been operating.
