Aims & Objectives To relieve elderly and infirm persons in the East Midlands and in particular by providing such persons with the means of calling for help when alone and in need of assistance. To promote the efficiency of the Police in the East Midlands and to promote good citizenship and greater crime prevention and solution to crime in the area.

Victim Support Leicestershire & Rutland helps Leicestershire and Rutland residents cope with the effects of crime. They do this by providing confidential support and information to victims of crime and to witnesses attending local courts. Their services are free, independent of the police and courts, and available to everyone, whether or not the crime has been reported and regardless of when it happened.
