Our beat has grown since the change round in beat areas. It now spreads out to nearly Quorn and down as far as the railway station. Because of the changes the NHW office thought it best if this area has 2 beat managers one at either end. Jim Plowman and Alison Hartshorn are the beat team leaders who are helped by their trusty street co-ordinators, to whome they rely on to pass on formation down the line. We hold regular meetings at the police station to keep up with what is happening in our area and to discuss any problems which occour alomg the way.We look forward to seeing you all at our meetings as all are welcome to attend.
