Measham and surrounding villages

The neighbourhood beat covers a number of villages including Appleby Parva, Appleby Magna, Chilcote, Measham, Newton Burgoland, Snarestone, Stretton en le Field and Swepstone
It has retail and industrial premises as well as a large agricultural community. The beat has a dedicated officer and a PCSO working split shifts enabling better coverage of the area increasing visibility and public reassurance.
