Motor Cycle Grand Prix - July 22-24th'05

Over the three day event Communitee Volunteers together with Army and Airforce Cadets provided a high visibility deterent to any would be thief.
Campsites and car parks were patrolled.

Success was had by catching a few bods trying to break into a car.
Bogus charity collectors were clocked and the Police made aware.
By patrolling the car parks car tampering was reduced to zero.

Many thanks to all who took part.

The Police was greatfull for everyone's help by providing such a high number of volunteers.
Two days of good weather with one day of rain and wind did not deter anyone.
